I recently bought your eBooks. I've been
reading the "Short Sale Secrets of the Wealthy" and it's an excellent
resource. It gives detail on HOW to do each step (ie: get the deed) where
others just tell you to go and do it but don't tell you how. I'm
particularly impressed with the detail you give to protecting
yourself---other courses don't even address that.
