I found your foreclosure and short sale course to be great on the how to of the mechanics of putting a short sale together. A good piece of work for the price.
I do have several questions that I need answer in order to fill comfortable doing the deals from beginning to end. Can you please answer them for me?
1. What would be a good exit strategy if I have horrible credit and no money?
2. If the owner does not want to give me the deed but is willing to sign a “power of Attorney” should i continue with the deal?
3. I only have one company. In your book you are using two companies. what do you recommend if you only have one company and do not want to use a straw Man?
Thank you ver much for any answers to these questions.

1. As for exit strategy… It depends on the situation, there are several outs…best thing you can do is find a buyer for this property before the auction once your short sale has been accepted.
2. If at all possible get the deed. Too many times investors get burned. But if you are willing to take that risk, just for experience, that’s totally up to you. Make sure they understand they will lose that deed anyway soon enough.
3. It’s totally up to you. Most people just set up another corporation. It only costs $50 to set one up.
I wanted to get some feedback from other people who have purchased this course in regards to what it all entails. I already purchase foreclosed properties and rehab them myself, but I have been looking at doing short sales also. I wanted to know if this course contains all the information and the forms that I will need to complete these transactions, and also how easy it is to understand. Any insight into this will be greatly appreciated.
yes it does. I am very happy with it. Very detailed step by step with every contract needed. Look no further or else you are wasting unnecessary dollars on additional stuff you just don’t need. This covers all you need.
I have a very good bullspit sensor and Jared is the best without going overboard.
The course is very helpful. It is you who might find negotiation with the banks frustrating. If you don’t mind a lot of paperwork, just go for it.
Good luck.

Its right here ladies and gentlemen. Especially for the price. Jared’s course is THE BEST out there. I thought that a year ago when I researched them all and chose his and now I know for sure after a year has passed. In that year I bought some other contenders (at sale prices) b/c I was curious and no doubt Jared’s is STILL the best HANDS DOWN!
Thank you Jared!
Appreciate the kind words. You’re welcome! I wanted students to have all the information they needed to do this. Glad you’ve applied it as well.
